Q. Can multiple people install the App and receive alerts when the doorbell rings?

Yes, you can install the App on as many devices as you want. When the doorbell is pressed and the App is notified the first person to answer will be able to talk to the person at the doorbell. All connected devices will be notified of the alert.
Q. Who does the system notify when the doorbell button is pressed?
A. The system will send an alert to all smart devices that have the App installed and the inside ringer will ring.
Q. What happens if the doorbell is pressed and no one answers the alert on their smart device?
A. To the person at the door it is the same as a normal doorbell. They will hear the doorbell ring and that is all. To the App users they will see in the smartphone history a record of a missed call.
Q. Will I need to hire someone to install the system?
A. No. The system works right out of the box and is easily installed by anyone.
Q. Can I use this system in Canada, Australia or other countries?
A. Yes, this unit will work around the world. Since it runs totally on batteries it can be used anywhere.
Q. What if I don't have WiFi in my home? Can I still use this?
A. Yes, since it has an inside ringer it will work just like a regular wireless doorbell.
Q. How do I charge the Doorbell?
A. Easy, just remove the doorbell from the wall mount and plug in the included USB charging cable to the doorbell. Plug micro USB side to doorbell and USB side to a USB port or charger.
Q. If my neighbor has the same system will they interfere with each other?
A. No. each doorbell and ringer are 'paired' to each other so they will not interfere with each other.
Q. How would I know if the doorbell battery needs to be charged?
A. There is a battery status indicator on the App and it will indicate when the battery is getting low.
