Will the Rolling Cane fit my height?
The Rolling Cane is adjustable and is designed to fit almost all users with its 8 height adjustment settings. It can be adjusted at both the legs and the neck, allowing for a wide range of adjustments for the user's safety and comfort.
The Rolling Cane comfortably fits most users who are 4' 11" to 6' 2" tall.
How do I adjust the height of my Rolling Cane?
The Rolling Cane should be adjusted at all 4 legs. Make adjustments by depressing the spring button and expanding or retracting the telescoping piece to the desired height. For your safety, it is important to ensure all 4 spring buttons on the legs are in the same numbered hole so the cane is stable. Also, ensure that the spring button fully engages through the hole to secure the desired position. We also have an instructional video for more information.
How do I know what height of the cane is best for me?
When your hand is placed on the handgrip, your elbow should have a slight bend of approximately 20-30 degrees. The Rolling Cane can be used in either the right or the left hand and should be used in the hand opposite of your weaker leg. We have an instructional video for more information.
What are the dimensions of the Rolling Cane?
The Rolling Cane is 10 inches wide and 10 inches long (front to back). It is 30 inches tall at its shortest height and 38 inches tall at its tallest height.
What is the inside size of the storage basket?
The storage basket on the Rolling Cane is approximately 5 inches wide, 7 inches long and 5 inches deep.
How much weight can the storage basket hold?
The storage basket can hold approximately 5 pounds of items. Please do not place small pets inside or on top of the storage basket because it is not safe for them. Also, do not place hot liquids inside or on top of the storage basket because they can easily spill.
Can I remove and wash the basket?
Yes. The basket is made from premium neoprene and is designed to be easily wiped off or it can be removed from the frame and washed by hand and air dried. To remove the basket, release the velcro and remove the basket. After washing and air drying, replace the basket on the frame and adhere the velcro to secure the basket in place.
Can I replace the storage basket?
Yes. We sell replacement baskets on our website. Some people like to purchase different colors of the basket at the time of purchase.

How large are the wheels?

The Rolling Cane was designed and developed in the USA. The assembly and aluminum frame of the Rolling Cane is manufactured in China and the basket is manufactured in the USA.
REFUND POLICY
We have a generous 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and 10% restocking and sanitization fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

I purchased it for my wife. It was easy to set up. It give better support than a conventional or quad cane. Its use of front wheels and glides make it very easy to use and does not require picking it up on every step. It just slides on the floor. It is very well constructed.
