A telephone/emergency medical alert system designed for everyone, including people with hearing and/or vision loss. Know who's calling before you answer with Talking Caller ID. Ideal for anyone who is either busy at home, does not want to be disturbed by telemarketers or unable read or reach the Caller ID before the caller hangs up.
The phone vocally announces incoming calls by Speaking the numbers in a clear voice or playing your recorded label for the caller, plus the information also appears on the large screen. This system also has a remote call feature that allows a caller to call the phone and after 10 rings enters a user password that will remotely answer the phone in 2 way speakerphone mode. This would allow you to call and check up on someone and speak to them through the speakerphone without them having to touch the phone. This is a great way to call someone and make sure they were ok without the person you were calling having to do anything to answer the phone, totally hands free.

How does it work?
When a pendant is pressed the system dials the first number that is programmed into it. The system then waits to 'hear' any button pressed on the other end of the line. This tells the system that a human answered the call. If the systems hears a button pressed it will stop calling numbers and turn on the speakerphone. If the system does not hear a button pressed it will hang up and call the next number in sequence. We suggest that you have 911 programmed at the end of the call list to ensure that someone is contacted in the event of an emergency.
FAQ Q. Does the system call your company when help is needed? A. No. We didn't make this system to do something that you can do yourself. The system will call your most trusted family members and friends or 911 and deliver a pre-recorded message. People you can trust can be the first to know when something happens. Q. What happens if the alert is just a false alarm, do you charge a fee? A. Absolutely not. There are no false alarm fees, ever! When the system calls the receiver can listen in to what is going on to see if help is needed or if the remote just got bumped. Q. What if no one answers the phone when the system calls? A. The system will continue to call your contact list twice. If no one answers the first time it will call them again after it tries the other phone numbers.
Q. Will I need to hire someone to install the system? A. No. The system works right out of the box and you can set it up yourself very easily.
Q. Can this system call someone's cell phone?
A. Yes, a cell phone is called just like any other phone number.
Q. What if I don't have a landline for my telephone?
A. If you have a cell phone with bluetooth there are adapters available that will use the cell phone. Click Here.
