First off let me say I looked and compared different brands for a couple of months before I bought these.. I live out in the country and needed a way to communicate with the wife.. Up on arrival we charged the units for a complete 24-30 hrs. Then tested them in wooded areas, down gravel roads and in hilly terrain. I must admit, in my area they work great...Really good reception. Very clear and loud. ---- Steve A.

i was able to get 4 miles out of them. which is perfect because in case of an emergency i would be able to reach my wife. i keep them in fare day cages in my car ans my wifes car for emergencys. when i took them hiking it felt like i got a million miles out of them. i took the dogs way off the trainl and was able to communicate to everyone else very well. the head set is col but looks dorky but it dose work very well. and they charge in a flash. need more --------A.
