Return Policy


All returns must have an RMA number. Please contact us for an RMA number and return address.

DO NOT return product directly to the manufacturer.

For most products, unless otherwise noted in the items description, returns must be made within 30 days of order. You must contact us early and an RMA must be issued within 30 days of order for us to accept a return. Please immediately review and test your order as soon as you receive it.

Refunds are purchase price plus sales tax if applicable, less our shipping costs and restocking charges (if applicable).  A restocking fee (of up to 40%) may apply only if item is returned in a damaged condition or missing pieces or parts. If the item is returned in the same condition as it was received there is never a restocking fee.

Some items can not be returned due to health reasons (see notes for any exceptions to return time for individual items on the item description page).

All returned items must be returned in original packaging. All materials received must be returned. This includes batteries, plug covers, manuals, and packing materials. 

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

 

Returns should be shipped using a method that can be tracked such as US Postal Service with confirmation, UPS or FedEx.

If returned item is damaged by the customer the refund amount will be reduced based on the returned condition of the product. If a returned item is heavily damaged or missing major components the return may be refused.
